By accessing or using Mammoth Report ("Service"), operated by Mammoth Report ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Mammoth Report is a multi-platform analytics dashboard that aggregates data from connected advertising and commerce platforms (including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Takealot, WooCommerce, and Mailchimp). The Service enables users to view, analyse, and report on their marketing and sales performance data in a single interface.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
Mammoth Report offers paid subscription plans. All billing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with their Terms of Service.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at info@mammoth.report for a full refund.

You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
When you connect third-party platforms to Mammoth Report:
All content, features, and functionality of the Mammoth Report Service — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Mammoth Report and protected by intellectual property law.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You retain all rights to your own data — the data you connect to and retrieve through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mammoth Report and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@mammoth.report. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time except within the 7-day refund window.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted permanently.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
